We will possibly have to take your email address so we can send a confirmation for a booking, invoices, or new offers for you as a client. All of the above is approved by you and it is going to be kept for six years after the termination of our business relation or if you withdraw your consent. Please note that your email address probably will/can be forwarded to our cleaners and contractors.

Home address
In case of requesting or booking a service, you as an inquirer will be obligated to provide voluntarily your full address so we can locate and be able to have access to the discussed property to execute a cleaning service. The information will be kept for six (6) years after the termination of our business with you or when/if you withdraw your consent, whichever is the longer period.

Payment details
You have to provide us with your payment details, so the amount for the service could be taken. However, please bear in mind that personal details like this are encrypted after the amount Is charged. This is done only with your consent and the payment details will be kept after the transaction is done.

Professional details
Should you represent a company and ask about our services on its behalf, your professional and / or employment details will be requested and possessed by us. All the personal information should be given with your consent and will be stored for six years or by the time you decide to withdraw your consent. The information can be forwarded to our contractors and/or cleaning employees.

Pictures
Sometimes it`s possible our company to request pictures to be forwarded by you so we can provide the most accurate price. This can be done only with your consent to provide us with such and all photos will be stored for a period of maximum three weeks.

Third-party websites
If due to some reason while using our website you are sent to a third-party website, not related to our influence, we will cannot be responsible for their content or privacy policy.

Cookies
A cookie is a small piece of information that can be kept on your computer or mobile device, used to help the website to “remember” you and your personal preferences with time. Session cookies are kept only for a short amount of time (up to 30 minutes after your visit), while persistent cookies can be stored for up to 12 months after your last visit of the website.

Right to be deleted
If you happen to request any personal data about you that we have to be deleted, we will do so as soon as possible, but in up to one month. However, if the information Is needed for an active contract to preserve it as a legal one, we will not delete it until it is no longer needed.

The consent you provided us with can be withdrawn by you at all times of course if it is not a subject to any legal ground, the data will be erased in the shortest possible time frame. Please note that your withdrawal of consent does not obligate us to delete personal information that is processed based on a contractual relationship or any other legal ground.

The client reserves the opportunity to retrieve the personal data which that is processed about him/her. There also stands the right to demand that we transmit this type of personal data to another data controller if the personal data is taken based on the client`s consent or if the processing of the personal data is carried out by automated means by us, if we deem it technically feasible.

Right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority
