To be sure, our professional domestic cleaning includes all of the following:
- Cleaning kitchen: do the dishwashing, clean basic kitchenware such as microwave, clean all reachable surfaces such as kitchen cabinets, counter and skirtings, wipe and sanitize all surfaces, vacuum and/or mop floor, remove cobwebs, empty bins/change bin bags.
- Sanitizing bathroom: clean and sanitize all reachable surfaces such as tiles, floor, sink and shower appliances, remove tile grout, clean shower cabin and/or bathtub, sterilize toilet, polish mirrors, mop floor, empty bins/change bin bags.
- Cleaning bedrooms: hoover and/or mop the floor, dust furniture, reachable surfaces, picture frames and skirtings, lamps, polish mirrors, remove cobwebs, change bedding, empty bins/change bin bags.
Please keep in mind that oven cleaning is not included in the domestic cleaning service. However, it is available upon request as an additional service. When combined with domestic cleaning, you are entitled to a special discount price.
- Cleaning living room: dust and polish all reachable surfaces such as furniture, hoover and mop accessible floors, wipe furniture and skirtings, remove cobwebs, clean ceiling fans and lights, empty bins/change bin bags.
- Wiping hallways & staircases: dust off all reachable surfaces such as furniture, bannisters, picture frames, remove cobwebs, wipe skirting boards, polish mirrors, hoover and/or mop the floor.
How does the service work?
- After booking the service, you are allocated a team of professional cleaners, specialized in the specifics of your order.
- You are welcome to provide your own cleaning equipment and materials in proper working condition and sufficient quantity. If you are unable to do so, we will ensure our professional machines and cleaning products. If you prefer using eco-friendly products only, please tell us so in advance.
- In order to deliver the service, we will need access to hot running water, lights and electricity. And finally, you have to grant us access to your London property.

A: Yes, you can. Although we specialize in one-off cleanings, you may also subscribe to our services to address your regular cleaning needs on a weekly, monthly or another basis.
Q: Does domestic cleaning include oven and carpet cleaning?
A: Domestic cleaning does clean your oven and carpets as long as their basic cleaning is concerned. This may mean cleaning the top surface of your oven or dusting carpet. However, it does not cover deep cleaning, in which we dismantle oven or steam clean carpet. You may additionally book these on a discount price in combination with domestic cleaning.
Q: Do you clean windows from the outside during domestic cleaning?
A: No. Domestic cleaning exclusively applies to the house interiors. During domestic cleaning, we can only wipe your windows and sills from the inside. Should you need external windows cleaning, you will need to book this in addition. You are entitled to a discounted windows cleaning price if you combine this with a domestic cleaning service.
